Product Introduction
During running of conveyor, due to reasons of heavy material, drop or equipment trouble may lead to spot-shape damage of conveyor belt, then we should repair it immediately. YXL belt repair vulcanizer is specially used to repair small size broken and spot-shape of conveyor belt, it suits for EP, Nylon, Canvas and steel cord belt.
The quality of the belt joint of the conveyor belt directly affects the service life, work efficiency and economic benefits of the conveyor belt. Application method
1. Transfer machine to the repair site.
2. Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired (see the adhesive part in the vulcanization process of the belt joints, or the demonstration by our staff when the equipment is being tested).
3. Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
4. Place the down heating plate just below the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
5. Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
6. Get the first power wire well connected to the electrical control box. Connect the second wire with the electric control box and the upper and down plates.
Note that it corresponds to the sign on the electric control box.
7. Turn on the electric control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tiger,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
